Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes from the southern slopes of Sakar mountain, which is an ecologically clean area. The vineyards are 53-year-old plantations. Soil – red clay with marble pieces. The wine is single-flow, without pressing. The juice is fermented without the skins. Light red wine.
Characteristics: Impressive nose with very rich aromas of black berries. Extremely fine and elegant body. Multi-layered, rich flavor aroma with perfect balance.
Food pairings: Different types of pasta, birds with white and dark meats, rabbit, lamb, spicy pork without heavy sauces, desserts. It also goes very well with different types of cheese.
