Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes, from the southern slopes of Sakar mountain. The grape must is infused for 24 hours with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-15 degrees. Aged for 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats before bottling.

Characteristics: Colombard is a French sort, native to Gascony. It is characterized by late ripening and high acidity, an attractive aromatic and flavor profile dominated by grassy and citrus notes, great freshness, elegance and mellowness.

Suitable for many types of food: Salads, fish, caviar, shrimps, poultry. It also goes very well with different types of cheese.
