Wine for you: Masteyra ROSE
The grapes are from the southern slopes of Sakar, an ecologically clean area, from 50-year old plantations. Soil – red clay, with marble fragments. Hilly terrain.
There are air currents from the mountain to the river Maritsa, passing 3 km away from the vines.
The rosé is pressed with a pneumatic press, slowly, the juice is squeezed with adjustment to the membranes. It is harvested on the 07 of September with a sugar content of 22.8%. It is chilled at a low temperature, several days on the fine sediments before fermentation. Fermentation as a white wine with French yeast.
Aged for 3 months on fine sediments in a stainless steel vessel. Aroma of grapefruit, strawberry compote, melon and coconut. Body – dense, very oily and powerful, fresh vein, lively acidity, long aftertaste of red grapefruit.
Multi-layered, rich flavor aroma with perfect balance.
Suitable for many types of food: Tuna, salmon, bonito, caviar, shrimp, white and dark meat birds, rabbit, lamb, spicy pork without heavy sauces, liver, beef steak.
