Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes at the beginning of September with a sugar content of 24%. It was chilled at a low temperature, several days on the fine lees before fermentation, and aged for 3 months on them in stainless steel.

Characteristic: Aroma of citrus fruits, melon, coconut, etc. Body – dense, very oily and powerful, strong minerality, lively acidity, long aftertaste. Multi-layered, rich taste and aroma with perfect balance.

Suitable for many types of food: Tuna, salmon, bonito, caviar, shrimps, poultry with white and dark meats, rabbit, lamb, spicy pork without heavy sauces, liver, beef steak. It also goes well with different types of cheese.
