Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes, from the southern slopes of Sakar mountain. The grape must is infused for 24 hours with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees. Aged for 5 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats before bottling.
Characteristics: Dominated by aromas of white flowers, enhanced by notes of aromatic herbs and acacia honey. The body is light and elegant, with a long tropical finish.
Suitable for many types of food: Salads, fish, caviar, shrimps, poultry. It also goes very well with different types of cheese.
