Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes from the southern slopes of Sakar mountain, which is an ecologically clean area. The vineyards are 53-year-old plantations. Soil – red clay with marble pieces.

 Characteristics: Opaque, highly concentrated color. Impressive nose with very rich aromas of black berries, cocoa, walnut leaves, spicy spices and more. Lush, dense body with a long aftertaste.

A wine with serious aging potential.

Food pairings: beef, game (venison, roe deer), pork and lamb, pasta with ragout and more.

It also goes very well with different types of cheese.
