Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes. Spontaneous fermentation. The vinification is classic, our desire is to show the qualities of the terroir and the fruit, which are very expressive and convey the character of the wine.
Characteristics: Opaque, highly concentrated colour. Impressive aroma of black berries, cocoa, chocolate, walnut leaves, medlar, spices, etc.. Lush, dense body with a long aftertaste. A wine with serious aging potential.
Suitable foods: beef, game (deer, roe deer), pork and lamb, pasta with ragout, etc. It also goes very well with different types of cheese.
