Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes from a single vineyard. The vine array is 25 acres and produces fruit with very specific aromas and tastes. Fermentation is spontaneous. It was aged for 13 months in French oak barrels.

Characteristics: Opaque, highly concentrated colour. Impressive aromas of black berries, cherries, cocoa, chocolate, walnut leaves, medlar, spicy spices and more. Lush, dense body with a very long aftertaste. A wine with serious aging potential.

Suitable foods: beef, game (deer, roe deer), pork and lamb, pasta with ragout, etc. It also goes very well with different types of cheese.

To be served: 15 °C
