Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes from the southern slopes of Sakar mountain, which is an ecologically clean area. The vineyards are 53-year-old plantations. Soil – red clay with marble pieces. Light red wine.

Characteristics: Impressive nose with very rich aromas of black berries. Extremely fine and elegant body. A multi-layered, richly flavored fragrance.

Food pairings: Different types of pasta, poultry with white and dark meats, rabbit, lamb, spicy pork without heavy sauces, desserts.

Serving temperature:  12-15 °C
