Sort: Chardonnay  – 100 %
Alcohol: 14,00 % vol.

Vinification: The wine is made from hand-picked grapes, from the southern slopes of Sakar mountain. The grape must is infused for 24 hours with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-17 degrees. It has been in contact with French oak for two months. Aged for 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats before bottling.

Characteristics: A young and fresh representative of the Chardonnay sort with the typical juicy stone fruits – apricot and peach, yellow apple and great minerality, and a long aftertaste.

Suitable for many types of food: Salads, fish, caviar, shrimp, poultry, pasta, risotto, pork. It also goes very well with different types of cheese.

To be served: 6-8 °C
